Our Team

  • Rolf Andreason

    Company Director

Rolf grew up on the south coast of the UK and has yet to live further than 5 miles from the water. Joining the Marines at 16 threw him into the maritime environment at an early age, where he has remained ever since. After a 16-year career in the military, Rolf moved into providing risk management solutions to the Superyacht industry; finding solutions to problems where ‘no’ isn’t really an option and out the box thinking is the norm. Combining the professionalism built in the military, with the results-based approach required for Superyachts prepared Rolf well for discovering the Film and TV industry in 2020. When he isn’t crashing his adventure motorcycle on muddy trails, Rolf is usually found exploring the Jurassic coast on a paddle board or chasing his errant Husky along the beach.

  • Martyn Williams

    Company Director

Martyn grew up on a Suffolk farm but was introduced to the water at an early age through competitive swimming, and scuba diving. Martyn joined the Royal Marines at 17, where he had his first exposure to the professional maritime world. After specialising in a military career stream that saw him responsible for managing the risk of landing helicopters on Naval vessels while at sea, Martyn excelled in the dynamic and exciting maritime aviation environment. After completing his military career, Martyn went on to build an international property portfolio and successful property business, which uncovered a passion and talent for project management and finance. Martyn’s exposure to the Film and TV industry began as a supporting artist in 2010, and has amassed an impressive number of months on set delivering marine safety, dive safety, cast training and cast doubling. A keen diver, both commercially and recreationally qualified, Martyn gets great satisfaction from working on anything mechanical; boats, trucks, motorcycles; anything with an engine. Martyn splits his time between Suffolk, Nashville Tennessee, and the French Alps.

  • Rich Potter

    Middle East Lead

Rich has spent nearly two decades working and managing risk in the Middle East whilst working in intelligence with the British Armed Forces, and has a keen grasp on the culture and the working environment in these regions. Since leaving the military he has thrown himself into the marine environment by working as a commercial diver and boat helmsman. He has worked on a number of productions both as crew and cast in and around the water. Rich currently works and lives in the Middle East and is ideally placed for location work, cultural advice and risk management within the region. Rich has a passion for working and playing in the water, as well as travelling to far reaches to explore new and exciting countries and environments. Rich has also worked on anti poaching projects throughout Africa and has an appetite for remote and austere living.
